About Cherbix
We are a digital solutions team covering build, design, automation and growth — set up to be the partner a business keeps, rather than the supplier it replaces.
Who we are
Cherbix exists because of a gap most growing businesses run into. They need a website, then an app, then the automation that makes the operation work, then someone to make any of it visible in search. Assembling three or four suppliers to cover that is expensive, and most of the cost is spent in the gaps between them.
We built a team that covers the whole span — development, design, automation, marketing, SEO and content — so the strategy, the build and the growth work are the same conversation rather than three that contradict each other.
The name carries the intent: cher for the care we take with a client's product, bix for the bits of technology it is made of. That is the whole philosophy, and we would rather demonstrate it than write about it.
Mission
To give growing businesses the kind of technology partner usually reserved for companies with an internal engineering department — one that understands the commercial objective, builds carefully, and stays involved after launch.
Vision
A market where quality digital work is judged on what it does for the business, not on how impressive the pitch deck was.
Approach
Four commitments that shape every engagement, whatever the discipline.
Every engagement begins with what the business is trying to change. A rebuild that does not move that number is an expensive redecoration.
Phased scope, written estimates, and a clear statement of what is not included. Scope changes are raised as decisions, not absorbed silently.
Staging environments, regular reviews and direct access to the people doing the work. No account-manager layer between you and the build.
Launch is when the useful data starts arriving. Most of our relationships continue well past it, which is how we prefer to work.
Values
Written as commitments rather than adjectives, so they can be checked against how we behave.
The 'cher' in Cherbix. We treat a client's product as something we will still be responsible for in two years, because usually we are.
If a requested feature is a bad idea, if a timeline is unrealistic, or if a project does not need us at all, we say so at the start rather than after invoicing for it.
We would rather ship fewer things properly. Performance, accessibility and maintainability are part of the work, not upgrades.
We report what the numbers show, including when the numbers are unflattering. Nothing on this site is a fabricated statistic.
Your code, your infrastructure, your accounts, documented. A client should stay because the work is good, not because leaving is painful.
Technology moves. We invest in staying current and write about what we learn rather than trading on what worked five years ago.
Why Cherbix
Most agencies sell a deliverable and move on. We are set up for the part that comes after — the maintenance, the second version, the thing nobody scoped for.
We understand the business objective before selecting the technology. The stack is a consequence of the requirement, never the starting point.
Software engineering, ERP, AI, automation, design and digital growth under one technology partner.
Solutions are designed with future growth in mind. Architecture that holds up when the traffic, the team and the feature set all grow.
Clear communication, milestones and expectations. You see working output throughout, and you hear about problems while they are still small.
Current technologies and development practices, chosen for maintainability and long-term support rather than novelty.
We focus on maintaining and improving digital products well beyond launch. Most of our work is with clients we have already delivered for.
Technology
Chosen for maintainability and long-term support. If something on your project needs a technology outside this list, we will say so rather than improvise.
Interfaces built for speed, accessibility and maintainability.
Services and APIs that stay predictable under load.
One codebase delivering to both app stores.
Relational and document stores, modelled for the actual queries.
Hosting, pipelines and monitoring that make releases routine.
Language models applied to defined, measurable processes.
